Check-In
Check in will begin a half hour prior to the start of each camp. Camp will begin promptly at the start times listed.

Equipment
Campers are required to bring their own equipment including glove, bat, batting gloves, catcher’s equipment, and appropriate workout gear. UIC will provide batting helmets.

Insurance
Campers must have their own medical insurance and must provide a photocopy of the insurance card, as well as a signed medical release form in order to participate. No Exceptions!

Cancellation Policy
Your camp fee, less $30 will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to the start of camp. After that date, refunds will be made for medical reasons only, accompanied by a signed statement from a physician.
